While the TAVO is a great option for parents looking to save money, it's not the ideal choice if you want to use a bassinet or a reversible child seat. It's a bit more expensive than other 2 in one prams, but it's worth the cost because the quality and performance are top-notch.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well in terms of weight and size folded. It's the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scores well for maneuverability, which is an important feature for parents seeking a travel stroller that will fit into smaller spaces. The Delta is a bare-bones product with a few features that other strollers in our testing provide, such as an extended recline or a large storage baskets. But it is an excellent option for families on a budget and for those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as an outing to the zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is an extremely light and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its compact frame, rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pad make for an easy ride. It is comfortable for passengers thanks to its multi-position reclining seat and cup holder for parents.
It also has an enormous canopy that is European style that provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags and five-point safety harnesses and two storage bags.
